Equipment function:
1. By using the touch screen to set parameters such as temperature, constant temperature time, vacuuming, and nitrogen filling for the vacuum oven, the PLC automatically completes the following functions: vacuuming → settling → nitrogen filling → vacuuming → settling → nitrogen filling (repeated cycles using time control cycles);
2. It has functions such as over temperature protection, overload protection, and phase loss protection, and can automatically stop heating, vacuuming, and other functions in case of faults;
3. The equipment is easy to operate without the need for professional personnel, and workers can easily master it;
4. The equipment adopts vacuum dedicated control valves, vacuum pumping and nitrogen filling, with high efficiency, saving personnel, and good product performance;
5. The internal cavity of the device is composed of 4.0mm thick 304 # stainless steel welded together, with strong corrosion resistance and enhanced vacuum pumping to prevent deformation; The outer box is made of 1.2mm thick Q235 cold-rolled steel plate, angle iron, channel steel and other materials; Single chamber single door opening; The device is equipped with movable casters and fixed foot cups;
6. High quality stainless steel heating tube is used for external heating, with uniform temperature control. The equipment undergoes temperature testing, vacuum testing, etc. before leaving the factory

Box specifications:

2. The external dimensions are approximately 1450 (width) x 980 (depth) x 1820 (height) mm+110 casters, subject to the actual product;
3. Partition: Each box is divided into one layer, with a partition placed 30mm from the bottom, which can be easily removed;
4. Visual window: There is no visible window on the door;
5. The internal material is 304 # stainless steel industrial plate, with a thickness of 4.0mm, strengthened treatment, and vacuum suction without deformation;
6. The outer material is Q235 cold-rolled steel plate, with a thickness of 1.2mm, treated with powder coating paint;
7. The insulation material is: high temperature resistant rock wool, with good insulation effect;
8. The sealing material is: high temperature resistant silicone strip;
9. Install movable casters and adjustable fixed footrests, which can be pushed freely;
10. The box structure is a connected type, with the left part being the upper, middle, and lower product boxes, and the right part being the installation of electronic control and vacuum pump

Temperature control system:
1. Temperature control is achieved through a touch screen instrument (TEMI970), which controls temperature, vacuum pumping, and nitrogen filling functions. It can automatically calculate and display PV/SV simultaneously, with touch settings;
2. Timer function: The instrument has a built-in timer function, which stops heating, vacuuming, nitrogen filling and other functions when the time is up, and also provides alarm prompts;
3. Temperature sensing line (PT100) type;
4. Output is DC3-32V;
5. The current controller is a solid-state relay (SSR) with no contacts;
6. Heating method: Thermal radiation convection, installing heating tubes outside the chamber;
7. The heating element is a stainless steel high-temperature heating tube;

6. The vacuum control method is automatic control, stopping when reaching the upper limit and starting when below the lower limit, and working in a cycle;
7. Vacuum tube: 304 # stainless steel KF25 high vacuum corrugated tube+clamp;
