The inner material is # SUS 316 stainless steel plate, and the outer material is high-quality 304 stainless steel with matte finish treatment
The insulation material is imported high-density glass rock wool, which has good insulation performance and maximizes temperature insulation. The anti sealing material is high-temperature resistant silicone, which can withstand high temperatures of up to 600 degrees for a long time.

Temperature control system:
Temperature control is achieved through PID microcomputer automatic calculation of PV/SV and simultaneous display. Any temperature condition within the temperature range can be set according to actual needs, and the accuracy of temperature control can be ensured through PID parameter settings in the table. The appropriate temperature control parameters can also be calculated by the system carried in the table itself
The temperature sensing input force CA (K) TYPE output is 12V.
The current controller is an SSR contactless relay, which maintains high stability of the current.
The heating material is imported nickel cadmium alloy heating wire, which is pollution-free and has a long service life.

Air supply system:
Forced horizontal air supply circulation, the air source is driven by the circulation motor to drive the wind wheel through the electric heater, and the hot air is sent to the inside of the oven through the air duct. After use, the hot air is sucked into the air duct as the source for further circulation heating, thereby reducing energy loss and ensuring temperature uniformity inside the box. When the door opening and closing action causes disturbance, the air supply circulation system can quickly restore the operating state temperature value
The motor is a long shaft high-temperature resistant type imported from Taiwan, with a power of 1HP50Hz
The fan is a multi blade turbine type with high strength, and is equipped with an adjustable guide vane inside, making the air flow path run more smoothly.

Timer 9999 seconds to 9999 hours (with H.M.S switching and decimal point setting)
